Autism Support
Autism Support & Independent Living Skills
We take a person-centred, tailored approach. Each individual is different, and so are their challenges and strengths. Our trained staff create customised support plans that adapt to each young person’s learning pace, abilities, and personal goals.
We work with children and young adults, typically between ages 10–17, offering them a structured yet flexible environment that promotes growth, independence, and community participation.
At Star Homes and Services, we understand that young people with autism face unique challenges that go beyond traditional care. Many struggle not only with education but also with everyday life skills, employment readiness, and social inclusion. A standard, one-size-fits-all approach often fails to meet their needs, leaving them vulnerable, isolated, and unprepared for adulthood.
That’s why we developed our Specialised Autism Support Programmes designed to empower children and young adults with autism across the UK by focusing on practical life skills, confidence-building, and long-term independence.
